Halloween will come early to the Showboat Hotel and Convention Center Friday through Sunday, May 18 to 20.

The National Halloween Show will feature events like zombie volleyball, an escape room camper, a hearse and haunted car show and Cosplay costume contests all weekend. The festival kicks off 7 p.m. Thursday at Scarduzzi’s with “scare-okie.” On Friday over 100 Halloween and haunted house vendors will take over, with a video game area and magic shows by John Bundy. Events continue throughout the weekend. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
