Nov. 11 is Veterans Day and Atlantic City casinos are offering special deals and discounts to veterans and active duty military. Offers are valid only on Nov. 11, unless otherwise indicated, and proper ID is required. Some restrictions may apply. Visit the casinos’ player loyalty card centers or websites for details.

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa — Every day is Veterans Day thanks to MGM Resorts International’s Military & Veterans Program (MVP).

New and existing M life cardholders get a players card with a special MVP logo in the upper right-hand corner and, if applicable, an automatic upgrade to Pearl status.

Pearl cardholders get complimentary valet and self-parking, a dedicated buffet line, and other benefits.

In addition, MVP cardholders get a 10 percent discount off Borgata Classic rooms and at casual dining restaurants, and 25 percent off services at the spas, salon and barbershop.

On Nov. 11 veterans will get complimentary parking, a free buffet, a free gelato at Borgata Baking Co., 10 percent off their bill at The Metropolitan and a free Tall coffee at Starbucks.

Bally’s and Caesars Atlantic City, Harrah’s Resort — Caesars Entertainment is offering up to 35 percent off for veterans and active duty military who book a future stay on from Nov. 8 to 12.

In addition, Total Rewards has a special loyalty card that upgrades eligible veterans and others to Platinum status.

Among the benefits of the Salute card are complimentary parking, special pricing at selected restaurants, pre-sale access for certain show tickets, discounts at casino gift shops and on Hawaiian Airlines flights, a complimentary stay at Atlantis in The Bahamas, discounts on select Norwegian Cruise Line vacations, and a tier status match with Wyndham Rewards.

Golden Nugget Atlantic City — Nov. 11 and 12 veterans and active duty military get 20 percent off at Lillie’s Asian Cuisine, Grotto, Bill’s Bar and Burger, Michael Patrick’s, The Buffet, the Spa & Salon, and the following retail shops: Style & Trend, Nineteen Forty Six, Tint, Cool Jeans, and The Signature Shoppe.

Hard Rock — The Wild Card Rewards Veterans Program begins Nov. 11 with free self-parking for everyone, a ceremony to celebrate local veterans, and a complimentary buffet and party with desserts and entertainment for all veterans.

Benefits include an automatic upgrade to Elite status (with complimentary self-parking), a limited edition Hard Rock veteran pin, 15 percent discount at Hard Rock Café, 20 percent off all regular priced services at the Rock Spa, 20 percent off hotel rooms Sunday through Thursday, buy one/get one buffet Monday through Thursday, and special veterans events throughout the year.

Ocean Resort Casino — Beginning Nov. 11, veterans and active duty military can apply for the casino’s new Honor Card. If applicable, players will be upgraded to an Ocean Premier Gold card, which includes a monthly complimentary stay Sunday through Thursday. In addition, Honor cardholders will get a 10 percent discount on food and beverage (except at HQ2).

Resorts Casino Hotel — The first 1,000 veterans who visit the Promotions Booth beginning at 9 a.m. will receive a free Resorts commemorative T-shirt. The offer is good through midnight while supplies last. In addition, veterans can get a free Cheeseburger in Paradise at Margaritaville and a free Landshark Burger at Landshark Bar & Grill.

Tropicana Atlantic City — Tropicana will light the cupola at the top of its Havana Tower and its interior fountains within The Quarter green.

Veterans and active duty military can enjoy exclusive discounts at Carmine’s, Mrs. Fields, Anthem, and the IMAX Theatre. Chelsea Five Gastropub, Okatshe and Olón will offer 20 percent off food both on Nov. 11 and 12, and Erwin Pearl will give a 10 percent discount off regular-priced items Nov. 9 to 11.

Additionally, Tropicana and many of its partners offer year-round discounts, including 15 percent off rack rates Sunday through Friday, as well as food and beverage discounts, which vary by venue.
