Navigating 50 Bites+: Week 6

If your pants are fitting just a little too snugly this week, then you, my friend, are doing 50 Bites just right. Continue to stay the course, you’re doing, with more of our recommendations below:

We move outside of A.C to hit many of the offshore spots. Start things of in a unique way, with a Tail Tender Shooter from McCullough’s Pub in Egg Harbor Township. Stay in EHT and finish off two more spots: Chickie’s & Pete’s, where you can grab a Philly special roast pork slider, then try the broccoli arancini from A Touch of Italy. Continue over to Egg Harbor City, where Joseph’s at Renault Winery offers it whiskey BBQ pork slider which, we hear, pairs well with some house wine. Stop for a while at Assaggio, have a drink at the bar, and savor its incredible ravioli carbonara.

When finished, saunter over to Galloway and make a pit stop at The Exchange to cross two more joints off your lanyard — Greens & Grains for its falafel patty with sriracha tahini and Steve’s Grilled Cheese & Quesadilla Co. for neither a grilled cheese nor a quesadilla, but instead its cinnamon sugar cream cheese crepe.

Need more of Steve’s? Then get yourself over to its Mays Landing location for the unusual and yummy Mac Bomb. We don’t often have a big name chain on our list, so we’re psyched to include Red Lobster and it signature coconut shrimp.

Finish up on the beach at The Cove in Brigantine where you can sip on something fruity and delish and nibble on its famous pterodactyl wing.
